Green Chutney is your all rounder chutney for fried south indian snacks, be it Vadas, Bondas or Bhajjis.
Coriander Leaves – some bunches
Mint leaves – 1/4 quantity of coriander leaves
Curry leaves – little bit quantity
Green Chili – 5-6
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Garlic Cloves – 3 or 4
Salt – to taste
Raw coconut piece – little piece
Water – if required
Simply blend all these ingredients in mixer grinder as a smooth paste. Transfer to airtight bottles and store in refrigerator.
