1. Don’t eat fruits immediately after meal. It will bloat your stomach. So you must have your fruits one or two hours before or after your meal.
2. Don’t take tea after a meal,because tea leaves contains high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hardened making it difficult to digest.
3. Don’t walk after a meal, even though you have heard some people to say that after a meal , walking a hundred steps will makes you healthy. But that will make you difficult for your digestive system to absorb the nutrition from your food. So wait at least half an hour after your meal and then walk if you want too.
4. Don’t sleep after meal. Because intake of food will not be able to digest properly thereby leading to gastric problems.
5. Don’t smoke after meal. Experiments from experts prove that smoking a cigarette after a meal is comparable to smoking ten cigarettes. It’s having high chances to cause cancer.
6. Don’t loosen your belt After your meal. It may cause intestinal problems.
7. Last but not least, don’t take bath after meal, it will causing to decreasing the blood flow around the stomach, this will weaken the digestive system.
