Ingrediants
Fish pieces, finely chopped onion, chillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, spring onion, tamarind, red chilli powder, salt and oil.

Preparetion

Thoroughly clean the fish pieces. Cut onion and spring onion into small pieces as u can. Cut chillies horizontally.  And prepare ginger garlic paste finely. Soak tamarind before one hour.

For this reciepe we need more onions and tamarind…reciepe taste was depends  upon quantity of tamarind.. so add sufficient quantity of that.

Now take kadai,  fry the finely chopped onion, chilles, spring onion, ginger garlic paste by adding one by one. Fry this till colour changes. Then speread the fish pieces into kadai and sprinkle sufficient salt & coriander leaves on pieces and cover with lid for 10 min on medium flame.  After 10 min add sufficient quantity of red chille powder.  Again cover it for another 5 min.

Now prepare tamarind soup. Then pour slowly on pieces….

Then cover with lid and let it cook.  In the middle of cooking turn the pieces into another side, but do it carefully otherwise the piece will be broken. Cook this till the soup will come closely. Then off the flame. Now it was ready to serve. Serve it and taste it….
