Protect Your Eyes With Proper Food


Now a days so many  people lost their eye power including small kids also.  Here are some food details which gives long life to your eyes.

Basically green colour and orange coloured foods are very helpful for eyes.  papayas, carrots, spinach leaves, dwarf copper leaf, boiled eggs, grapes, almonds, soya beans, sweet potatoes, cod liver oil, red capsicum,cauliflower, broccoli, melon and dried apricot.

Add at least some of these foods in your daily diet. All these are rich source of vitamin A and B. Also calcium, potassium and other vital nutrients..  But note one point,  prevention  is better than cure.. at least care is better than lose…so keep healthy your eyes…keep enjoying the beauty of life.
