Aam Aadmi Party has alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) winning secret was just tampering Electronic Voting Machine (EVM). Aravind Kejriwal has claimed that BJP was able to win UP elections and Delhi Municipal elections only by tampering of electronic voting machines. These allegations were deeply condemned and treated as a joke by the entire country and also by the election commission.
To prove their allegations to be true, Aam Aadmi Party MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj got a prototype of an EVM and demonstrated on how the EVMs can be tampered? In this demonstration, he inserted a chip in the EVM and then pressed 10 times the EVM button to vote for AAP, to everyone surprise all the 10 votes count came to BJP and not AAP. This was witnessed by the complete assembly.
When asked by the media regarding this tampering demonstration, Election Commission stated that EVMs will have a different setup and the demonstration machine is no way similar to the original EVM. Also, Election Commission showed no sign of interest in looking on what likelihoods do exist in tampering an EVM!! RIP demoncracy
