Clearing the uncertainty with respect to his nonappearance from the Indian squad for the initial two Tests against Sri Lanka, star all-rounder Hardik Pandya on Monday said he himself had asked for the group administration for rest since he was not feeling 100 percent fit.
Pandya was incorporated into the squad before being refreshed. The BCCI media discharge did not have lucidity whether it was an instance of weakness or damage.
“To be completely forthright, I requested it. My body wasn’t dependent upon it. I was getting niggles in view of the measure of cricket that I have played. I need to play cricket, when I am absolutely available, when I can give my 100 percent,” Pandya told CNN-News18.
“I am fortunate that I have this break. I will prepare in the rec center amid this break and enhance my wellness. I am truly energized for South Africa arrangement. I might want to utilize this break to enhance my wellness,” included Pandya, will’s identity at the NCA to enhance quality and molding.
Pandya is confident that he can have any kind of effect for the group in South Africa with his inside and out capacities.
