Dream of Narendra Modi to end corruption may not be fulfilled soon.
As per the survey of Germany – based transparency International, India is the
most corrupt country in the Asia Pacific Region. The highest bribery rate of
about 69 per cent among all other countries the survey says.
Corruptions are expected to occur mostly in schools, Hospitals, Government
offices issuing certificates and police department.
Not only this Vietnam, Thailand, Pakistan and Myanmar are coming next to
India in case of corrupt nations. These all are the top 5 corrupt nations.
Bribery rate in Vietnam is about 65 per cent, 40 per cent in Pakistan. 16
countries took part in the survey. This survey was exercised for almost 18
months.
Transparency International lauded the efforts of PM Narendra Modi to curb
corruption.
