In the Semifinal match of Pakistan Vs England, every spectator and experts felt that England would take on Pakistan very easily to head to finals. But, to everyone surprise Pakistan took over England very easily and made its grand entry in to finals of ICC Champions Trophy 2017, by chasing a total of 211 in just 37 overs with just loss of two wickets. Initially, Pakistan entered in to ICC Champions Trophy as one of the least competent team after Bangladesh and their defeat against India was looked as if they are really incompetent. But slowly, they are started picking up wins with their overall team effort.

In this semifinals match, England batting first failed to withstand with the Pakistan bowling attack. Hassan Ali Khan, really did the magic for Pakistan by taking three important wickets. The strength of bowling attack can be assessed by its economic rate, where none of the bowlers crossed economic rate of 5 and what can be more fantastic than this. This shows the amount of pressure bowling attack has put up on England, where English batsmen looked in now way to recover and keep their score board running, even though Root and Bairstow tried gave their best. The way Pakistan team captain Mr. Sarfraz planned the bowling attack was really fantastic. The result of which we see England being restricted to total of 211 runs. The Pakistani batsmen looked in no mood to fumble, they went on in a comfortable way in chasing this total. The openers Azhar Ali and Fakhar Zaman with their 118 run partnership set the foundation for Pakistan win, where later rest of the batsmen were able to finish the match smoothly. Pakistan really deserves great appreciation for their team efforts.

I feel the happiness of the Pakistan entering in to finals may not last long, if tomorrow India wins over Bangladesh and makes in to finals. With India holding a record of not loosing to Pakistan in top tournaments will leave sleepless night for Pakistan for today and tomorrow. But, if India makes to finals, then we can evidence another Indo-Pak match, which is going to be dam interesting.
