Ingredients
Wheat flour, eggs, red chilli powder, salt, water, oil
Preparetion
Take a bowl, mix salt and red chille powder with little bit water. After that beat 2 or 3 eggs and mix well. Then mix sufficient wheat flour and mix as nice dosa batter.
Now pour as a thick layer on non stick tawa with oil. Don’t spread that..as a thin layer. Now dosa was getting puffyness due to egg and thickness. So don’t spread as thin layer.
Roast two sides till the colour changes to brown colour…
Now it’s ready to taste. It was very tasty and easy breakfast. If you want more spicy, you have to add much quantity of red chille powder at first.
