Ingredients:
Curry leaves -4 cups
White urad dal – ½ cup
Ground nuts – ½ cup
Red chilles – 6
Garlic pieces -6
Oil – 2 tb spoons
Salt – to taste
Preparetion:
Heat 2 spoons oil in pan. Fry curry leaves in medium flame till they get stiffness & fry white urad dal , ground nuts , red chilles one by one. Now blend dal ,nuts ,chilles ,garlic as powder , lastly add curry leaves , salt and blend them again. Now it’s ready to eat. It’s very nice with idly&ghee
