Ingredients:
Spinach – 10 bunches
Paneer cubes – 1 cup
Tomato – 2
Fresh cream – 2 spoons
Kasorimeti – 2 pinches
Butter – 2 tb spoons
Onion -1
Chilies -4
Ginger garlic paste -2 spoons
Turmeric -1 pinch
Chille powder – sufficient
Coriander powder – sufficient
Garam masala powder – sufficient
Patta – 2 pinches
Salt – to taste
Preparation:
First we prepare,
Palak paste: Boil cleaned spinach without stems for 5 minutes, immediately keep in cold water then blend them as paste.
Tomato puree : Blend 2 small raw tomatoes without water.
Brown onion paste : Blend slightly fried onion pieces, chilies and patta as paste.
Now heat butter in pan, fry paneer cubes for 5 min and keep aside. Again heat butter and fry brown onion paste, add ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder, salt, Chile powder, coriander powder, kasorimety, 2 spoons tomato puree one by one with 5 min gap. Now add palac paste, add sufficient water for gravy, boil it few min, then add paneer cubes and masala powder, fry 2 min then finally add fresh cream then off the flame.
Now it’s ready to eat with roties.
