Ingradients:
Wheat rawa – 1 cup
Green leaves – 3 cups
Groundnuts – sufficient
Chana nuts – sufficient
Tamarind– 5 gr.
Chillis – 4
Red chillis – 2
Tarmuric power – 2 pinchs
Inguva – 1 spoon
Ginger – 5 small pieces
Cashew – 10
Preparetion:
Firstly boil 1 cup of rawa with 2 ½ cups of water in pan then keep it to be cool.
Dry roast the green leaves and heat the tamarind and grind them as powder with addition of salt.
Talimpu: Ground nuts,csahew,avalu,jeelakarra,saipappu,rawchana nuts ,chillies,red chilles,tarmuric power,ginger,inguva are fried in oil. Add green leaves powder to it after off the flame.
Finally boiled rawa mixed with talimpu.
It was very nice with mango pickle.
