It’s a nice food with rasam or Sambar and side dishes also. when i went to my home town(Machilipatnam) my mom used to cook.

Ingredients :
Shark piece.
cooking oil
Onions diced
Green Chillies
Curry leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Clean the fish then boil the fish pieces in a closed vessel with salt and turmeric.
steam the fish untill it’s fully cooked.
Remove the fish pieces from water and peel of skin and reserve the bones(which are very tasy) too. Crumble the fish and keep aside.
In a wide pan, heat oil and add onions, green chillies, curry leaves and saute’ till the onions are translucent.
Now add ginger garlic paste and fry till rawness is gone.
Then add the crumbled fish pieces and salt. Keep frying until color change to light gold color.
Finally add pepper and curry leaves.
Serve with rice and sambar to your loving person.
