Ingredients:
Prawns – ½ kg
Basumati rice – ½ kg
Onions -2 big size
Chilles -4
Gingergarlic paste – to taste
Coriander leaves – sufficient
Pudeena leaves – sufficient
Masala power – to taste
Red chille power – to taste
Garam masala spices – Ilachi
Patta
Lavamgalu
Miriyalu
Biryani leaf
Cashew – 10
Lemon juice – 2 tb spoons
Salt – to taste
PREPARETION:
Prawns curry : Heat 3 tb spoons oil in pan, fry onion and chille pieces (cut as small pieces) till onions getsoftness. Add gingergali paste and fry 2 min. Next add prawns, salt then cover it with lid for 10 min. After that add red chill power & again wait for 5 min. It’s ready as gravy prawns.
Biryani: Heat the cooker bowl add ghee,oil then fry the strightly chooped onions,chilles,whole garam masala spices,pudeena leaves, coriander leaves, masala power with sufficient quantities and add frans curry & mix well. Then add rice (rice must be soaked before 1 hr) and water (add 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice) cook it for 3 vissile and then put it in semi flame for 5 min. Then Prawns biryani is ready for eat.
